Delegate President and Secretary,

Gonzalo Medina Marzal

This was the opening of the Constitutional Act, dated March 1st, 1919, drafted after a meeting at Bar Torino between Augusto Milego, Gonzalo Medina, Andrés Bonilla, Pascual Gascó, Fernando Marzal and Julio Gascó, together with José Llorca, who was added a month later as a founding member -since he was a minor and needed parental authorisation to be listed as such.

In 2019, on the occasion of the Centenary celebrations, Valencia CF sent the Constitutional Act to the descendants of the seven founders.
